Jamie, I received the bag yesterday. As of now, I can’t decide what is best about your company – the superior customer service or the impeccable quality of your products. I absolutely love my Mollie bag (patent black). This is by far the best dog carrier I own. The leather is very high quality and I can most certainly tell you use only the best materials to achieve the finest craftsmanship. Every detail is perfect right down to the silver “feet” at the bottom of the bag. I also really appreciate having ample sized compartments on the outside of the bag for my personal items – this is an extra bonus because I hate lugging a purse plus my dog tote when we are out! Thank you so very much for translating your years of small pet ownership into products that are so practical!

I love that I have found a carrier for my little 21/2 lb Yorkie and 3 lb Chihuahua that has a space for my items instead of having to carry an additional purse with me. The texture of the purse is wonderful. The harness fits my little Chihuahua perfectly. It is very difficult to find things small enough for him, as he is so tiny.

I researched all the carriers that I could find online (I have been called the “Google Master” by my friends) J Sherpa, Petote, PetFlys, etc. and your carrier is by far the best designed and the least conspicuous as a pet carrier as well as the most efficient. With the extra compartment for the human’s personal items, the carrier is the only carry-on that you need. ~Judy
